e-Marketing Programs Manager
As an e-Marketing Programs Manager you will have a key role in affecting the marketing strategy for OPNET’s solutions, and for defining, communicating, and differentiating OPNET in the marketplace.
You will be responsible for shaping and executing OPNET’s strategies for e-fulfillment, self-service product marketing, social media participation, and more. Your programs will be highly visible within OPNET, with the objective of gaining OPNET greater visibility externally. You will work closely with Product Managers who will define OPNET product messaging, and our outstanding in-house Art team responsible for our public web site. You will report to the VP of Marketing and Business Development, and will have frequent exposure to our senior executives.
Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Lead the development of customer self-service and e-fulfillment platform for OPNET solutions
- Develop website traffic generation initiatives
- Manage global search engine optimization program
- Manage OPNET’s blog(s)
- Track performance of OPNET’s web site, and proactively identify ways to increase traffic volume and quality
- Monitor program(s) effectiveness
- Prepare business cases for new programs and initiatives
Qualifications
Here's what you should bring to the table:
- Minimum 3 years experience working in B2B Internet marketing (B2C experience is not relevant) for an enterprise software company
- Strong knowledge of social networking, blogs, and Web 2.0 technologies
- Knowledge of search engine optimization and traffic generation techniques
- Solid technical background about web site architecture, technologies
- Must be motivated to have an impact on our products, our company, and the state of the art
