Additional notes: OPNET Technical Support provides support for the current major release of the software specified in the OPNET Maintenance Agreement and Software Usage Agreement. OPNET Technical Support provides support for the previous major release of the software only during the six months following the release of the current major release of the software. This Web page describes the services set forth in the OPNET Maintenance Agreement and Software Usage Agreement between OPNET and the user. The terms and conditions in this Web page are not applicable to users who do not have an OPNET Maintenance Agreement and Software Usage Agreement. This Web page does not replace or modify any of the terms and conditions in the OPNET Maintenance Agreement and Software Usage Agreement. In the event of any conflict, the terms and conditions in the Maintenance Agreement and Software Usage Agreement will take precedence over the terms and conditions contained in this Web page. |
